I stayed 2 nights at this well maintained hotel located short walking distance to central Elche. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a relaxing outdoor pool area and secluded back patio where one can sit in a quiet environment and enjoy a refreshment. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, smart TV, efficient air conditioning and safety deposit box. The washroom had a walk in shower and excellent water pressure. The hotel staff were all courteous, professional and reception staff were English speaking. I was able to park my rent a car for an additional fee in a safe and secure spot reserved for hotel guests. There is a breakfast buffet available to guests also for an additional charge. I had a very pleasant stay at this quiet, comfortable and well managed hotel.

In short — this was probably a very elegant 4★ hotel in the past. Now, some of its shine has faded. That said, our impression is likely influenced by the fact that we stayed in a very beautiful hotel the nights before. Overall, there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast is good, though without any “wow” surprises. There is a very spacious parking area (€6.5 per day). We liked the pool area — it is surrounded by palm trees and not overly shaded, but when it gets hot, it’s still easy to find some partial shade. The city center is conveniently close — about a 15-minute walk.

Had an unplanned stay at the hotel while my father was hospitalized. All the staff members are so friendly, and I'm so grateful for how Natalia and the others in the reception treated my mother in a stressful time. The hotel is really nice and clean. The outside areas are quiet and cozy. The restaurant offers good food to affordable prices, and they were flexible and did their best to accommodate me as a vegetarian. Maksym was lovely, and the laughs he brought was just what we needed.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was very nice, but it did concern me as to the standard of a 'standard room' as the deluxe offering is what I would have expected from a standard. The reception staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and efficient, the hotel clean, bright and welcoming. The spa was easily booked, and I had a very firm massage from Deanna. The downside for us was the restaurant; a very expensive menu which was lacking if you are vegetarian. I had a starter of 6 gnocchi type cheese parcels, no main course as there was no vegetarian option, and a dessert as I was hungry. My husband had similar, but also a main course of fish. We had a gin and tonic when we arrived, and a coffee afterwards, and the waiter commented 'coffee after Gin & tonic? ' which we felt was rude. The service is slow, (it wasn't full) the portion sizes are very small, the menu lacks a vegetarian option and the price is eye watering - three times the cost of our room! It was a one night before our flight; had we stayed longer we would have looked for a better option for evening meals.

Good value for money hotel. Lovely pool area and restaurant in the grounds. But the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I'd ever slept in.
