Hotel was very convenient with oarking included. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Bedroom was very tired. Restaurant lacked atmosphere but food was ok.

Friendly welcome and beautifully clean . Great choice of breakfast items either hot or cold . Comfortable rooms which are lacking plug sockets , only two for the whole room . Overall a nice place to stay .

Good rate for a basic hotel staying near Manchester City centre to see family. Rooms are a bit dated & showing their age, positively plenty of onsite parking at the hotel, which is becoming a luxury in Manchester.

Decent value for money, parking good. I'd happily stay there again.

Stayed for the marathon. Rooms were fine. Just a bit tired. Pillows were a bit lumpy. Staff were great and very welcoming.

Checked in after 9pm by Victoria, who led us through the process, answering our questions & offering tips for our stay. I was actually on crutches following a knee injury & she actually offered to change our room to one closer to the lift, which I thought very kind. She was also, our server for dinner the next day, again being very pleasant & attentive. That said, all the staff we came across were pleasant & approachable. As for the rooms, decent & clean, nice walk in shower which was great for me with an injured knee. Downside, room was on the main road & quite noisy at times. Also, noise from corridor was quite disturbing when other guests were returning to there rooms & also room service being delivered early hours. There were no sockets or charger points on the bed side of the room, but enough on the other side. Last little thing was the carpet in the 2nd floor corridor was quite loose & ruffled, probably more noticeable to me because of the crutches. Bottom line, would we stay here again? Yes, we would, good value & free parking.

Great location. 25 min from AO arena

Booked at short notice & given a friendly welcome by receptionist along with all info required. Room was very clean , spacious & bed very comfortable. Plenty of tea & coffee & lots of storage for clothing etc. Bathroom very clean with nice toiletries & plenty of towels. Dinner was tasty with generous portions served with a smile and the Breakfast was delicious with cooked options along with buffet style pastries, fruit, yogurts etc. Would highly recommend staying here & will book again for my next visit to family. Value for money & Thank you to the Staff

Ideally located with nice rooms. Perfect for a business stay

This was a lovely stay..The room was well equipped. The decor and furnishings a bit dated but comfortable and spacious. Bed a little hard for us. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, one of the best buffet breakfast we had. We also had an evening meal, which was basic but tasty.

Really enjoyed the stay

Check in and parking very easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast not very good. Coffee was in paper cups, poor choice of food as run out of things. Buffet service, but had to keep asking for things from staff, who were quite rude at times.

Good clean hotel, good location with easy walk into Manchester and parking.

Friendly staff , clean and tidy and close to the city free parking ...all very good for me...

Donna at reception was Briiliant. But very disappointed that the phone in my room was still not working. 3rd visit and no way of communicating. Dark in car park no lights.
