The staff is always friendly and helpful. The motel is clean. the toilet does continue to run slightly but I forgot to tell them.

The pool and hot tub were closed. I was given conflicting stories why. Front desk said hot tub needed parts. Maintenance guy said cleaning. If cleaning why would you clean during open hours and not closed hours. There 2 days never got to get in and I picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Very annoyed at this.

What a great hotel should be. Clean, comfortable, excellent service. Cookies and snacks in the evening. A great breakfast. No complaints.

Nice Hotel

The pool area needs some repairs. Overall our stay was okay.

Stayed for the pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast. All was fine, the breakfast was great. The door to our room wouldn't open normally, but the lady at the front desk knew right away what to do. It was pretty quiet. Kids loved swimming, and the beds were clean and comfy.

Staff friendly and helpful, the hair dryer was missing from my room and they brought me a replacement in less than 5 minutes—awesome customer service! Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable hotel!

The folks arr always very helpful and friendly. The hotel is always clean. Breakfast is good also. The lady that worked the breakfast on Saturday was very pleasant. She hustled are break so well. She never stopped except to ask each of us if everything was OK. I wish i had employees like her when I had my business. We have stayed there several times and the employees and amenities keep us coming back.

They did not have a room for me and I had to stay at a comfort inn in Bluefield with no TV, coffee, or toilet paper

It was clean and the staff was kind but the area had limited dining and we had to ask twice for receipts

Our check in was amazing. The friendliest worker I have ever encountered. Room was a bit warm, even after turning down temp. Bedding is hot. Slept great though. Mold in bathroom shower not a lot, guessing by looks it’s just old

I like the fact that the area has a nice hotel option like Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel itself was fine. Staff was fine except for the fact that no one was ever at the front desk. They were always in the office off to the side. You’d have to stand there for a bit before they would hear someone out there. Maybe a bell to ring might help? The breakfast was nice. We went up to ride the Back of the Dragon rd but besides that. There isn’t really anything to do there in November. We booked a stay Frid- Mon and checked out a day early. We were bored but nothing to do with the hotel.

Employees at the hotel could not have been nicer.! So much so that I had a suspicion they thought I was a spy, secret shopper, etc for the company! Super nice. They even called me after check in to see how it went and if everything went well! And The room had amenities that a higher end hotel provides. A Keurig was provided ( we travel with our own ) so the in room coffee was leaps above the standard hotel coffee maker. Our room was convenient to the breakfast area tho where the breakfast and coffee was free and awesome. Even tho the hotel has some age ( I stayed here over 10 years ago ). Everything looked new without looking “refurbished”.

During Helene storm and the staff was amazing thru all the troubles. I will definitely stay again in the future
