Dated.. floors up and down. Carpets in halls and lobby very dirty. Rooms okay. Bathtub looked like someone used a paint brush in areas. Beds comfortable. Room was clean.

The location was close to the Falls. The room was clean spacious and clean The bed was comfortable. It was close to a variety of restaurants.

Unfortunately this property never mentioned that none of the rooms had a view of the falls. Total waste of money. Wish we had never booked here

Great location

Rooms were quite nice, but the fan in the room did not work and was running all night. It was quite loud. Also location near elevator was loud.

Perfect stay. Staff was knowledgeable. Beds are very comfortable.

Close to the OGL stage where our concert was

All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our housekeeper on the 5th floor wolf check in with us when she saw us in the hall to ask if we needed anything while we were out for the day. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Wait staff at the restaurant were accommodating to traveling families and worked as a team. Just an overall lovely experience.

Loved the clean, quiet, peaceful environment. The restaurant wad amazing and the waitress was a delight! Amazing from checkin to check out. Fromt desk staff were very professional and even followed up with a call to our room asking if everything was good. I thought it was an amazing stay! 5 star : ) tyvm...Krista

Property is ok ,convenient . Restaurant and parking is plus . The pools are nice feature as well . Just expensive for 1 night .
