Lovely clean room with everything I needed for a work stay. Will definitely be back.

Does as it says on the tin , no complaints,clean ,great breakfast.

The Holiday Inn was in a good location for our stay and within easy walking distance to a Farmhouse Inn Pub. The welcome was nice when we checked in but when I went to ask for something, no one on Reception. I pressed the bell and it probably wasn't working as there was a member of staff sat in the office at the back of Reception. The inclusive breakfast was very good and ample choice. Staff in the breakfast room were very good and quick to notice if customers needed anything. Only downside for us was the mattress - felt like I was sleeping on a slop :( I did mention this when checking out - so hopefully next guest in that particular room will get a good nights sleep.

I did not know there was a laundry service. Clean room. Breakfast was good. Convenient for what I needed.

Great hotel, rooms not quite up to the standard ive seen in other hotels, pillows aee the worst I have ever slept on. Very uncomfortable
