Nice Stay

Everything was good and clean but the room had the smell of dirty socks

I’d love to see the exercise room get finished! It’s been under repair for a number of months. Staff is helpful!

This holiday was very clean and the room was extremely spacious. The breakfast was great as well. Would Definitely stay here again.

Quite a bit of exposed wiring in the gym… looking dangerous. Hot tub jets were broke and we called in advance to see if it worked. Desk receptionist Wes was wonderful. He said hot tub could be turned on if we come to the desk to ask but the girl who was on the night shift said she couldn’t turn it on. Room could have been cleaner.. A lot of bugs in the window sill and other small dirty details but nothing horrible. Breakfast was excellent!

no hot water during entire stay. A large group meeting in lobby area make big noises until 3am!!!

Hot tub jet switch broke, need to keep towels stocked at pool, dog barking work us up, the breakfast was excellent, clean building.

Our room was outside the hotel pantry and in the morning the employees let the door slam closed over and over. Very disturbing early in the morning.

Room was average. TV small. Internet slow. Bathroom looked recently remodeled, but workers did horrible job installing and caulking shower area. Breakfast was ok. OVERPRICED.

Stayed on 1/4/25 the room was pretty gross, bed was horribly worn, fridge had left over food spilled at the bottom, and thermostat didn’t work but I didn’t have it in me to ask for a change it was a really long day and very long drive. However, the staff are very friendly except the night shift front desk younger girl. The first shift guy with short hair is super nice and accommodated all my needs. I ended up having to book another night because the snow storm and got another room that was a lot cleaner but bathroom floor was sticky. There was a guy in the hotel who wore blue crocs, a hat, and had scruffy hair/beard, and wreaked of cigarettes that asked if I was leaving on the first day after I packed up and was in elevator with all my stuff.. he asked where I was going and what floor I had stayed on and what room.. I didn’t tell him the info but then he said you were in 305 right? I was really disturbed. I said to him why would you ask me that? And he said well my girlfriend works here... After leaving the hotel and ending up having to come back and book again, I didn’t see him again but my sister and my son did see him and he also approached them. He told them he was a housekeeper. Really weird and needs to be addressed. Wish I would of pushed for a discount after the first room experience

It wasn’t worth the cost. The cleanliness and comfortability was average. We picked it because it had the indoor pool amenity for the little one to wear out some energy but the water was freezing and had something floating on the surface so we didn’t get in.
