We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Porterville.

Very clean,

The hotel is new, so everything was impeccable, I love it! Food was great and service 10/10

During our stay we found a used vape in room told girl at front desk and she didn’t seem to worries about didn’t even say sorry On say of check out I had tag on door do not disturb while we were loading our bags in vehicle had our breakfast in room and lady’s walked in room and started cleaning I went up to front counter told girl it front desk and all she said that weird I told her I need to speak to manager and she said he was not in she gave me business card I least him a message and no call back from Paul the manager I plan on reporting this on to corporate

Good location along the main road on the outskirts of town. Very clean and quiet. Decent food choices (mom and pop restaurants, franchise chains, grocery store all) within walking and short drive distances.

I felt that the rate that I received through Expedia was higher than what was advertised online - this hotel should not cost $240. per night. TV remote did not work properly and the clock was not set at the correct time.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a family funeral so it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay. The housekeeping and front desk staff did an amazing job start to finish. Thank you.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Would be nice to have more coffee pods in room. Breakfast staff was friendly and even brought fresh eggs out to me!

The property was new, clean and had all the amenities. However the parking lot is small and the night I stayed it was almost impossible to find a spot.

My husban and I loved your hotel and sorry we couldn't stay another night! The front desk host was courteous and helpful. The room was amazing, everything you could ask for and everything worked beautifully! The bed was so comfortable! The only down side was the Dish TV channel selection wasn't that great. I would've liked to have had a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Peacock & Max apps available to watch shows. Also, minor was the small clock was set to 24 hours instead of the usual 12 hours. Other than that everything was great and we probably won't be back, as sadly, we were there to attend a funeral on Valentines Day.

Filthy. We got the suite and went to room and bathroom toilet had period blood and poo on it. Made me think nothing was cleaned properly they changed our room but at that point wondering if this room was gross did the maids really clean anything properly? Property should have refunded room rate instead they took $15 off room. NEVER stay at an IHG property again!

The continental breakfast was delicious.

Great place to stay. Hotels appears to be brand new or at least it felt like it. Very friendly staff and it was nice and quiet.
