Room was clean and comfortable. Had issue with drainage on tub during shower which they rectified the next day after notification. My breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

The room was clean and quiet. Property was clean and safe. Only issue was I booked a king but got 2 queens. Wasn’t an issue, made it work.

Besides the front desk Krystal eveyone else was rude especially the breakfast staff .

The hotel was clean, smelled good, pool area was nice, breakfast was good. The staff let us use the conference room since we were traveling with our baseball team. It was a great space to use for our team. Overall great experience.

Great hot water and A/C. Pool ice cold and out of service most of the stay. Bugs in our room. Laundry didnt work. Didnt clean my room for the entire 4 days i stayed. I had to approach the front desk and request new towels daily.

The breakfadt was meh, with few options and low quality. The beds were ok. Internet acess was strong. The bathroom hairdryer bag was disgusting.

Our stay was great, beds were clean and comfortable, internet was great and easy to get to. Staff was great and Julie the night manager was awsome and very helpful.

I would stay here again when visiting Ft. Knox. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
