Friendly staff and clean room

We very much appreciated the staff prepping our room so we could get to a wedding in Louisville.

Convenient location along highway, clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good.

It was a nice hotel. Would stay again!

Room was clean. Toilet seat was loose. Vinyl floor felt slippery like there was a residue on the floor from cleaning. Overall not bad. Perkins right next door and plenty of parking.

Heated pool was clean, my grandkids had a great time. Exercise room small but well appointed. Breakfast was good. Omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. Muffins, cinnamon rolls, juices, cold cereals. Coffee!

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good with lots of selectIon. Beds were high but very comfortable.

This place appears to have been reinvented, The lobby is nice. The rooms are roomy and very comfortable.

Surrounding

The towels were not clean. Like multiple ones. The room initially looked ok but then we were kept up by stomping upstairs There apparently isn’t noise mitigation or thought given to spacing rooms out. Staff we met was sweet

Room only had 2 towels in it and we had 3 registered guests. I’m used to hotels having 4 towels per room. Otherwise the breakfast offered a nice variety even with the pancake machine not working. The pool was small but very clean. It was very quiet. The in room amenities and the towels were the biggest issue. My husband is about to have back surgery and we both had surgery this past December. By the time we realized we only had two towels we were too physically exhausted to go get another it’s difficult for him to walk and my shoulder still causes a lot of pain as I have 9 more months of strengthening and healing ahead of me. Would be nice if in the future if the standard is two towels to ask upon check-in if you’ll need more so it’s addressed right away.

The hotel has been updated since pictures have been posted on the website. The staff were great, the breakfast in the morning was awesome and very clean. The room was also very clean as well and it was quiet. Two things to mention on our stay: the air in the room only goes down to 68 but it didn't get too hot at all. Also our tub faucet did leak/drip but that was all I noticed for improvement on our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel stay and I would recommend it to someone else as well.

Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful with great options. Our rooms deadbolt didn't work, that was the only downfall.

Hotel was clean, but walls are paper thin.

We needed a place for one night while on a long trip. It was very convenient from the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Not many dining options, but that is just this area. I would stay here again.
