I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this Holiday Inn in Drayton Valley. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality. I found myself stranded due to car trouble, and the kindness of Mr. Patel and his team was beyond anything I expected. They even invited me to enjoy a free homemade dinner, making me feel truly at home. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with pancakes, yogurt, plenty of protein options, juice, and top-notch coffee. But more than the great amenities, it’s the genuine care and effort from the management that make this place special. Mr. Patel goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and valued. If you’re looking for a hotel that treats you like family, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Lobby and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Gym was good.

Dirty and run down for a Holiday Inn, especially for the rate they charged.

So for what this place is charging it needs to be udated badly. Washroom was stained and grout needs replacing. Some mold.

The evening staff were not the best equipped for dealing with issues when it came to booking issues through Expedia, the manager fixed everything in a few days but it was stressful to deal with in the middle of the night with my young kids. Other than that the property was good, we will still stay with them again as they did fix everything!

Great morning breakfast and the staff are welcoming and kind.

Good location. Staff was friendly and great to deal with. Breakfast was good. Bedding is always comfortable. The shower has some mold and the AC was a little clunky. But all in all, a good stay!
