Great place to stay will stay there again

Nice stay

We had a really good stay. Everything was lovely the only thing I would suggest is to get better pillows. Other than that it was very clean, spacious & the staff were lovely. Excellent value for money.

You can come off and junction 10 and its there. Very convenient.

Clean tidy friendly staff great stay breakfast improved

A bit of a mixed bag here. The check in staff were fine - but I only got one key for a twin room yet friends I were travelling with got 2. I had to go ask. Our room smelt very strongly that it needed to be aired. It was clean but musty so I sprayed deodorant around & left the window open the entire stay. Reception were unhelpful. I said I’d see how it was a couple hours later but might need another room. No response. I also asked for a feather pillow - like the sign in the room says you can do - but the chap on reception said ‘but I’d have to go & search for one’ so I told him not to bother. I wish I hadn’t as the pillows weren’t great, very lumpy unfortunately so I’ll bring my own in future. Dining options are limited close by so it was a short but cheap taxi ride to get something to eat in the evening. The breakfast was great, lots of choice & good quality bacon. The ladies in the serving area were fabulous & would be better on reception in my opinion. Overall good value for money & the gripes were minor enough to not affect whether I stayed again.

Primary check in was good, receptionist was very pleasant. Rooms seemed absolutely fine on arrival, i had plans, so wasnt in the room long. On my return, admittedly late in the evening, the front doors were locked and there was no way to gain entry using keycard. There was, however, a doorbell. Which I must have pressed about 6-8 times before the door finally opened to an empty reception. It wpuldnt have been so bad, were there even somewhere to greet me and apologise, however I'd been standing in the freezing cold (it was 1°c, according to my car) for what seemed like an eternity. On my return to the room, when everything was quiet, when i got into bed, I realised how hideously noisy the air conditioner/heater over the door was. I ended up having to turn it off, which meant the room became very cold. I would have taken this up with reception at the time, but a) I wasn't actually sure anyone was there and b) I was so tired I had no desire to attempt to change rooms. The saving grace of the stay were the delightful staff at breakfast. They were attentive, polite and very friendly, they were doing an awesome job.

The toilet seat was very dirty with spots of blood. It was late so I had to clean it myself

We just stayed for one night on this occasion and overall, it was a very good experience, apart from some noisy guests nearby and the fire alarm going off, as we were about to have our breakfast. It was absolutely freezing cold, on that morning and we were out there for a good 15-20min., without our jackets. This is the 2nd time, we have been in this situation…!!

Stayed here one night for a Christmas party. Friendly staff, clean comfy quiet rooms and an included in your stay breakfast buffet with everything your hungover self could desire. Too notch for reasonable price!
