We had a good size suite with a 2 burner stove top, a large microwave, and a large refrigerator. The staff were very friendly and its close to several restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is decent for the purpose which i need. Nothing spectacular about it. Check out time is at noon. I rushed to returned to my room at 1150 to grab my things, only to find the room key had been disabled. There was no one at the front desk as usual and no apologies for the inconvenience as i had to return to desk, back to my car for ID just to get in a room that i had not checked out of nor was i late checking out of

The property is well maintained however, all except one manager, and my house keeper ( Emma I believe) was attentive and actually cared about the comfortability of the guest. Most of the time if you needed anything from the front desk, you would have to call the front desk, which isnt terribly back, if when they finally did come to help, it was valuable service. The customer service just wasn't in line with paying $3500 dollars every 14 days. Night shift was the worst, the person working couldnt simply keep coffee cups in stock, or keep the coffee machine functioning and ready for the next morning, especially early morning workers like me. I wish it was a better experience as I like the area, and the hotel. The last straw for me was to be threatened to file a police report against me when i literally was away from the room at home for 5 nights, which means if I can allow my things to occupy a room while they recieve a free $1000 worth of loding, then having to be responsible for a few hundred dollars wasnt an issue. Better problem solving, critical thinking and common sense needs to be applied.

Checked in for the night for my wife's birthday around 11:00 pm and went to bed soon after. We woke up to ants crawling on us in the bed, and upon closer inspection of the room once the lights were turned on, we found them in the bathroom, on the kitchenette, and both night stands. Absolutely disgusting. It was also aparent that the bare minimum had been done in cleaning the tub, and even at the cheap price, everything "felt" cheap for what we paid. Would give "0" stars if I could.

When we entered the lobby it was cluttered with supply boxes that have t been put away after delivery - also clerk advised the water heater wasn’t working and current temp was only about 85. But the bed was comfy and the pillows were awesome !!

The room was clean and accommodated my spouse and two pets. The young lady in the evening was very polite, and professional. However, the lady who was on staff at checkout did not give me a receipt for my stay. She stated that since I booked with Expedia I would have to request a receipt from them, which was incorrect. After 2 unnecessary calls, I have my receipt. Their new staff needs more training.
