great indoor pool and spa. Sauna was relaxing and the game room was fun for my kids!

Amazing place for the price

Room was not the room type I reseved. No air conditioning. Poorly lit hallways, not ADA compliant in buildings. Bathroom not setup well.

Great helpful staff. Clean property. Exceptional location. Good restaurant and lots of lodge amenities. Perfect week in Brian Head and Cedar Breaks.

This is basically a club resort. Restaurant and bar ok. Breakfast isn’t available. this is a wonderful area you can drive to the top of Brian head peak and Cedar brakes. National Monument is just down the road. The off-season rate can’t be beat.

It was amazing as it always is and we will definitely be back again!! One small suggestion, maybe have complimentary coffee in the lobby. I know there’s machines in the rooms but that is always a bit scary not knowing what the person before you might have done to the machine. Otherwise it was wonderful and keep up the great work!!

Spacious. Has all of the basics. Funky smell but that seems to be kind of standard for ski lodges. Good price.

Long drive from interstate up a mountain. Also a $200 incidental hold charge. Hotel is dated, but clean.

Staff is more than polite and helpful. Hotel itself, the vibe is positive and rustic style. Parking is good, even has an underground parking garage(lifted vehicles excluded). My room was super clean, spacious, overall comfy except… There isn’t AC in any of the rooms. Please be weary of this. When it was 65 outside it was 78 in my room. The temp in my room only got down to 72 at night, even with the windows open and fan on. This isn’t 100% a hotel issue.. but the hotel should consider AC in the future specifically for the rooms that are getting direct sun light.

Rooms with kitchenettes was nice.

In high mountain

I rented and paid for the motel at Brian's head a week early, I couldn't make it Saturday so no one even stayed in room :( I hoped they would let me use it for a different night. 100 dollars down drain. So that sucked

Nice check in with LaBrandon. Room is great with fireplace that actually warms up the room. Free laundry room. Nice Fitness Room. Just need to get that little coffee room open for the morning. Maybe put out a complimentary pot in the lobby till then.

We had a chance to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms in the main building and the upgrades were very excellent! All new flooring and furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had very nice modern upgrades. Staff was amazing (as always) and provided excellent communication and service! We will be back for sure!!!

Good property for a get-away; however, check in experience ruined my stay as the front desk staff was unkind and arrogant. Have had better customer service at other Hilton properties.

Older property but the are remodeling it. Staff is great and extremely helpful. Convenient to the slopes with a shuttle that takes you around.
