Poor service

Check in was great. Went out for the night and came back to the heat not working in the room. Called the front desk and they immediately moved us to a new room. Very polite as well

Very friendly service and support all time

I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so! It is an amazing place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very convenient to the train to NYC which makes it easy to get back and forth. Will stay here again!

Great place to rest! I would say there are limited options around for food but it is close to bus stops and not far from the American Dream mall. I would mention walls are thin so you can hear when someone slams the door or throws something, other than that, it is neat and is nice to rest at night.

Front desk was accommodating and friendly. Helped us with an early check in and was informative on how to get to the city. Foyer was festive for Christmas and inviting. We didn’t use the lending locker with various things you may need to borrow but never saw that before and clever touch. Room was decent and clean. 5 minute Uber drive to train station to get to NYC. We were on the first floor so some noise from street traffic but overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if visiting the area.

Staff was very responsive when we requested assistance for the dishwasher that leaked water onto the floor, no stoppers for the kitchen sink and bathtub, ironing board would not close (had to be replaced). Windows need to be cleaned on the outside. Next time, I will stay in a taller building to at least see more than a truck lot.

This hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was great, always smiling and very helpful. I’m big on cleanliness and this hotel was VERY clean. The rooms are big and spacious. I tried to rebook this hotel for my summer trip in 2025 already. I’m definitely staying here again.

They allowed me to check in early and they were very pleasant about it and let me stay there while they got the room ready which was beyond what they had to do. Staff very friendly room great full kitchen. The phone didn’t work which was a bit of a pain if you needed to reach them. Also wanted to print out my luggage tags but they said that they had a computer but no printer which is very unusual and as I didn’t drive I had to wait until I got to the cruise port.

We've stayed here once a year for the last 4-5 years approx. It's close to the train station. We were sad to see different staff behind the desk but al in all we had a nice stay.

Great overall stay very friendly

It was an excellent stay for 1 night! I called to let them know I would be checking in late and they were ready for me. I even got a upgrade without asking. Nicole was very friendly and they young lady that checked me out deserve the same complement. Will look to stay again and recommend to my friends who frequent NY for plays to stay here. It was easy to get to Times Square from this location.
