The good: the beds were supremely comfortable and things were quiet so we had a great night's sleep.
The bad: Our room was not the cleanest. It was dusty, and the glass shelf in the bathroom had remnants of someone's soapy stuff dried in puddles on it. We were so tired we didn't request a new room, but ew. Overall it felt like this room had not been opened in a while.
I know it must cost a fortune, and is a whole to-do, but the decor here seriously needs updating. The 90s were 30+ years ago.
Also - the elevator had a terrifying shudder/drop thing. Even my stoic husband was a little freaked.
