Rooms were spacious and clean

It was my first time visiting Canada from Jamaica and the team help to make it a comfortable one.. I had issues connecting to Uber and they assisted me to upload Hobb App which is a less expensive service. I was appalled with the clothes basket, make up remover compared to all the other hotels that I have been to in the past this one exceeds them all. My only suggestion is a better breakfast menu. I will definitely visit again in the future.. It is located in the center of everywhere. Good job team members...👍

Overall better experience

Clean rooms, good breakfast and barbecues out back. There was an issue with the patio door card reader when we stayed

When you walk into the front lobby your hit in the face with the smell of a port-a-potty. The staff is very quick to dismiss its guests as fast as possible. Breakfast included powdered eggs and dirty waffle makers where you get to eat your food in the same port-a-potty smell. The room was decorated very nice however we could have done without the spots on the mirrors and sinks giving you the feeling it wasnt cleaned prior to you getting into the room, there was also trash from a pervious guest still needed to be emptied. There was a stain on the carpet which isn't that big of a deal but with the vibe of everything fit in very well. When turning on the lights to the room no light had the same light colour some were crisp white while others were yellow glow. The pool was very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in which was a little disappointing. The pictures displayed in advertisment painted a different atmosphere that this hotel did not live up to. Overall it is safe to say we will not be choosing this hotel again as our first impression was below standards for cost.

Good value for the money. Comfortable beds, close to airport, ample parking, full kitchen and very spacious rooms. Free breakfast. Pool and gym at thr hotel. Friendly staff. Could be a bit ckeaner. Will stay again.

Great place. We stay here every time we come to Toronto. Wish the breakfast had more meat then just sausage and eggs but you can’t have everything in life

Overall good experience.

Our room smelled like weed. Breakfast was put on early which was very nice so we could catch a flight. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The rooms were clean.

Awesome stay

The suite was for 4 people, but only dishware for two. Only one new bath towel and no new coffee pods brought each day, had to keep asking for more. Poor quality breakfast and coffee in the breakfast room that was very weak (light brown color) and undrinkable.

We were in town for a Toronto FC game and took the GO Train to Exhibition Station—always a great idea to stay outside the core and train in. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was just okay, with typical options like waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and pre-made eggs. One concern: a staff member came twice with single towels to our room and did not call for them. The first time, we didn’t hear the light knock and she entered the room, which felt uncomfortable. Also, Hurontario Rd is still a nightmare with all the construction. Overall, a decent stay, but that situation did make us a bit wary.

Staff was friendly, I had to change my room due to an oder. My other room the last night I saw 2 roaches. Overall stay was good.

Rooms were nice,clean and roomy.... kitchen utilities minimal, the staff was friendly and accomodating....breakfast was great and lots of space to sit and eat... pool was very small water was quite cloudy my son couldnt see with his goggles on lol....elevator was broken down good thing was only 4 level hotel... not directly the fault of the hotel but there were a few kids sporting teams staying there and they were running up and down the halls yelling and banging the walls/out of control 2 of the 3 nights ...

Breakfast was meh, but everything else was great! Check in was great and front desk staff was amazing!
