Beverly at the front desk always greets me by name. We have stayed here many times over the past year

The first room we started with smelled and had a run down feel to it, the front desk staff was quick to address my concerns and within a short period of time, allowed us to check and move to an alternative room which was a better option in terms of odor and the less worn down feel.

The service and hospitality was excellent

I was very impressed with the service we received. The facility is just a little old and the carpet needs a bit of cleaning but hotel room was great, bathroom clean, cleaning service was also on point. The Continental breakfast was a delight… as if that wasn’t enough the hotel offered a light dinner three days a week. Overall my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to the great staff

AN EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY AT! Pros: This hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a budget- friendly option but still not skimp on the amenities this is the place to stay! It had a full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stovetop with pots, pans, dish ware, dish soap, and in the bathroom shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, some of which, were items we forgot but they conveniently already had in your room. Staff was extremely kind and patient including housekeeping, breakfast staff & front desk staff. This place also had an office, a pool, workout room, dinning area for the complimentary breakfast as well as a place for family to come and sit in front of fireplace and watch tv. They also had a small theatre room as well for movie watching. Check out was at a great time, which is noon. I really felt like I was on vacation as they made it hassle free all around. I would highly recommend this place. And I only have one con. Con: The curtains would not close fully due to design and so if you’re a night owl and not a morning person you have no control over the sunlight coming in and possibly disturbing sleep. Not the mention there are sheer curtains there but I felt like you could see right through them. So I wish there was a bit more privacy as well but other than that, the place was almost perfect.

Old dated rooms, not well maintained. Dated furniture, curtains, appliances.

While it was clean and breakfast was good, the room was not as described. We were traveling with a group of 7, and spoke with hotel prior to stay and they said that the room we booked would accommodate us. When we arrived, the pullout couch could not open as the space was too small. They offered us a cot. When we were getting ready to go to bed and use it, it was broken. At that point we ( the guests) had to move furniture around to accommodate the pullout couch. After all that, the night manager told us that they had had another room that we could have been offered but were not. When we tried to contact the general manager he didn’t not return our calls or respond. I also want to add that they repeatedly said that they could not help us or change our reservation because we booked through Expedia. I pointed out several times that we would not have been giving them our business without Expedia. While there were some employees who wanted to help us, the management at this hotel was very unconcerned with our experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I had an ok experience with the stay. Family friendly hotel. Not maintained at all, rooms and washrooms are very dirty. Room carpet is like 50 years old. Ameties are fine. Staff is ok and not friendly enough sometimes.
