Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the best I've ever seen at any motel. The pool area is well done. We had a wonderful time.

My go To when in town. Even nicer now with the renovation

This hotel was beautiful! We had a remodeled room and it was very nice. Front desk staff was personable and welcoming. The pool was a tad cold but was large and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We are local, and had family in from out of state, so we booked a room as well. We had no idea the location was so close to our venue and shopping was available right acroos the parking lot! Although we did not take advantage of the shopping, as we already shop at Fallen Timbers, our family did and they were happy l!!

Nice Hotel was not informed that pool was being renovated till got to hotel

The pool was closed and there was renovations going on all over. (The one lounge was full of paint cans) There was no ice. Our room shower drain didnt drain which made you have to stand in dirty water. The shower was really dirty. The managers reception was sub par compared to ther staybridges we have stayed at before. We also found that our door to our room was not locking properly. We only stayed one night so, not worth spending a night trying to fix the issues. Definitely not worth the price we paid for the room when so many amenities were affected Thankfully, breakfast was great!

The room was very spacious and equipped with all the amenities needed. The only issue was we didn’t have hot water.

The hotel is close to the mall & movie theatre. The hotel is in the process of a remodel, so not all the rooms were available. There is no bar, but there is a buffet for breakfast.

We took our Littles so they could swim and have a fun night away from their parents! We had a great stay. Everyone was kind, we got to use the pool and eat breakfast. Everything was great!

We went to spend a day in the pool for my grandsons birthday, the pool was cloudy and the entire pool area was chilly. You almost had to stay in the water to keep warm!
