Last minute on the day booking and we were given a very comfortable twin room. The optional three course dinner was excellent and a singer/comedian entertainer made our evening. Great value for money.

The exterior of the hotel was fantastic and very charming. The interior, however, was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and the hallways. The hotel was very noisy. I accidentally spilled some water in the bathroom and tried to clean it with a towel, which turned completely black.

Room was very large with separate sitting area with tv and sofa, breakfast was good, they set up a table in the lounge bar so the dog could sit with his.

A nice looking hotel with nice amenities and grounds, short 10 minute walk to the town so easily accessible for all your needs. Hotel is a little dated but room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options from cooked English to cereal, fruit and lots of gluten free and vegan options, staff were also very nice and accommodating

Really rundown. Rooms poorly presented. Threadbare carpets in some places stained carpets in others. Dirty walls, chipped marked paintwork in abundance. Bathrooms mouldy, shower mats clatty no locks on bathroom doors and they don’t close properly. We had 4 of us staying in 2 rooms for 2 nights and we actually asked to change rooms from one of them. Partial improvement but the fan in the unlocked bathroom was like a helicopter landing on the roof. New room the coffee machine water tank was rank. We were in Pitlochry for an event and we actually chose to check out at 10pm rather than stay the 2nd night. Heading back to the hotel I asked my family jokingly if they wanted to get home for 130am or stay and everyone wanted home. Feel for the staff as I can’t understand why such conditions have been left by the parent company. It should be an embarrassment for Bespoke hotel chain.

The hotel has beautiful grounds, the bar, restaurant and swimming facilities are very nice. Our room was basic but clean and the bed was comfy. We don’t pay extra for views as the room was only to sleep in. The service at the bar was a bit slow and the flooring in the corridors and our room was all very uneven….it was so noticeable when you were just walking around the room / corridor you were aware of sloping. Hotel was a bit old fashioned but stayed in plenty of other hotels in the area and they are similar. I would stay again as I thought it was good value for money for the area and getting the leisure facilities. Don’t let it put you off it being up a hill as it didn’t take long at all to walk in and back from the Main Street.

First time at the hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough, the staff are all super friendly and chatted away our room was ready before check in time and was spotless. We had dinner one night and it was fantastic and hot. We enjoyed our 2 night stay so much we have already booked again.

We had a 3 night stay at the hotel. The facilities and breakfast were great with a nice selection of food available. Our room was okay, the double seemed extra small, was very hard and we had to ask for extra pillows. The shower took quite a while to warm up everyday and unfortunately wasn’t a great flow. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached. Small issues, and we could have asked to move rooms, but we didn’t. There is a nice indoor and outdoor seating area when you just need somewhere to hang out and a bar for drinks. The hotel is a short 5-10 min walk to town depending on your walking speed. Overall, a nice stay.
