Great location! Close to everywhere around old town in Krakow, including the Wawel Castle. In the center but quiet and intimate. Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the old Krakow.

Staff was so very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Hotel was perfectky situated fir easy access to Old Town. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the Christmas market. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great - location, food, personnel, clean room and bathroom and amenities. My only suggestion would be to add at least one non-political or news channel in english. Maybe National Geographic or Animal Planet.

Luxury stay in Krakow We had a wonderful lon week end in this cozy boutique style hotel Service was quite good rooms very comfortable and in the most convenient location And best breakfast ever was offered every morning on a beautiful room Enjoyed tje classic decor and traditonal charm of this jewel hotel

Hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, even arranging for us to take a lunch box with us on our tour when our early start meant missing breakfast. Room was individually and tastefully decorated. Breakfast plentiful, well presented and great selection on offer. Location was perfect for our needs. Arranging airport transfers with the hotel was simple. Everything we expected from our stay at a Boutique Hotel, couldn’t ask for more.

Pros: Good location in a quiet street, but close to the main Square. Our deluxe room was spacious and nicely decorated. Cons: shower was over the bath. Bath towels were small and thin. The buffet breakfast was varied, mainly cold items , but we were surprised that there were extra charges for certain breakfast items like an omelette or poached egg, but overall enjoyed the breakfast offering.

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was more than we were expecting and the staff were lovely. Shout out to Konrad, Anya and Nicolas, but they were all very lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Krakow, and what a lovely city!

Everything 5-star: hotel; location; staff; Netflix & Prime. The only curious thing was the wardrobe in our room, which looked cheap compared to the rest of the hotel.
