Looks old but good, nice staff.

Love everything in this hotel i.e. Staffs, hotel location, room cleanness. Everything is so perfect and I will surely stay there again when I go to Sapporo because the hotel is 3 mins walk to the subway. Just love this hotel and I am so satisfied with their service

Good service, they approached when I first came to the hotel with my luggages. Good receptionist, clean room and good toiletries products.

Near Nakajima-Kouen Station, exit 3. Easy access. 10 minutes walk to Susukino. This hotel is so comfortable and cozy.

This is my 1st time go to sapporo Japan I love the hotel since the 1st time I saw in the traveloka website as the hotel had a beautiful pinus park with ice covered all. the staff also helpfull, when I ask to borrow adaptor, they did gv me 1 pc, and the next day they gave another 1 as I requested for the bath room: sorry I was a bit dissapointed as the toilet TOTO no warmer, pls in cold weather this is really troublesome. as our buttock become so cold. for the room: bed was OK. room size also OK the hotel is very near with train station
