My lock from my room wasn’t locking. The parking sucks!

The hotel is super nice and the rooms are spacious. However, when I try to do my check-in, the counter person took more than 40 mins to provide me with a room. They didn’t have it ready, although I arrived past their check-in time. I wasn’t pleased about this.

The staff was amazing and would be the only consideration to come again. Very polite, kind and helpful. My restroom had blood on the wall, after reporting the issue, it still wasn’t cleaned. The phone did not work in the room. The pull out mattress was still in new plastic, I requested bedding and removal of the plastic - no one came to set it up. I had to get a sheet to dress the mattress. The mattress itself was not comfortable. The main mattress was comfortable. Additionally for both nights of my stay, my key card wouldn’t work. I had to come down from walking up to my room - to have my key card reactivated for entry. Having to make my kids wait outside our door until it was resolved. The breakfast was decent! I enjoyed the different options. All items stayed filled and was clean.

Pool was out of service and no bathtub as stated on the app. Overall good stay.

The purpose of the stay was to enjoy some days in a pool, but it was in maintance so we could not use it. There was no announcement in the page about that. 😡
