This place has no whatsoever idea of what customer service is. I am not going to make my comment long " I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Please take my advice and search somewhere else.

This was not a 4 stars property. It’s an old property (deteriorating) and basic rooms just to spend a night. The one good thing about this hotel was the location (waterfront access).

Berbat bir kahvaltı vardı. Kahvaltı alanı temiz degildi. Lobideki personel vs laubaliydi ve lobi alanı çok çirkin ve eskiydi. Bana verilen oda ise yeni odaydi ve mükemmel idi. Onunla ilgili bir şikayetim yok hatta teşekkür borcluyum.

Excellent service, friendly staff, rooms are clean with fresh towels provided each day. The restaurant food is excellent and the staff are attentive and friendly. Overall great time!

Ресепшен в гостинице оценка плохая негостеприимные очень жадные даже стакан воды или чая не угощали,все нужно платить экстра за большую цену. Завтрак на таряльке убогий. Вобщем оценка гостенници 1/5.

What they advertised and the actual date very different. They deceive people. Their standards are not as the pictures.

The hotel is very standard and need some serious refurbishment. I stayed three times in this hotel for one main reason, it has a very good rocky beach. Apart from that, there’s nothing attractive. You aren’t allowed to bring food or beverages from outside. You’re always forced to order stuff via the reception. However, the street next to the hotel has a lot of restaurants and shops that will make you avoid the hotel strict rules. Many excellent cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices are around the hotel. You can always take a bus from the main road to go to the city centre in ten minutes. Take bus 07 or 08. The hotel is located in Lara. Finally, if you’re looking for a budgeted hotel with a very good beach, then this hotel will be a good option. Otherwise, you know what you have to do.

Hotel staff really friendly and nice, decent location overlooking the sea. Id say its a decent 3 star on a european level. Electric cut out a few times due to a power cur, there was an instance where we had no water for an hour or so in the morning. Hotel looks a iittle dated, pool was out of action as well as the hamman. The breakfast was average, cakes looked and tasted like theyve been out for a whole week, hard as a rock. Would not be an issue in the summer as we would spend more time outdoors but as it was november and we decided to spend a lot more time in hotel than usual could be better. I would reccomend to pay bit extra and upgrade to a 5 star. Despite the few hiccups i would give it a 6/10.
