Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and flexible with us using the common area to visit.

Check in is supposed to be at 3 and we got there at 4 and we still had to wait a half hour for our room to be cleaned. So I paid for an hour and a half for a room I didn’t even get to enjoy, terrible customer service.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. Good size rooms and lower floor has outside access door which was very handy. Breakfast was passable. But i find a lot of hotels now cutting back on breakfast options/quality. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows.
