What an amazing free hot breakfast!

Lovely hotel on the edge of town, but still close to all the amenities you need! Incredibly friendly staff, great breakfast and well maintained pool!

The room was great, but if you turned off the bathroom fan it smelled like cigarette smoke in the room.

Not knowing this brand we were not sure how the property would be but were pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. 60 rooms were booked for a children's soccer event in town but the hotel was quiet and beds weee very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast gal Tracy was awesome! She was so helpful, clean and friendly. Beds and rooms were great. Didn’t love how the front doors were locked when we came in from Wedding around 1am, but staff were close to come let us in.

I have only positive remarks to make about our stay at the CanAlta. From the moment we arrived to friendly front staff, to the beautiful room we stayed in (305), to the pristine condition of the pool and hot tub room, to the generous full breakfast, and to the smiling staff we encountered, our stay couldn't have been better. We will definitely return when next in Camrose. One staff member who stands out in particular is the breakfast room (and seemingly more) person. She is both efficient and conversational, and a boon to the hotel (I didn't catch her name but do know she loves cats!). A last note is about the location of the hotel. Camrose is small so it takes no time to get anywhere, but the hotel situated on the outskirts of town offers spectacular views of the open fields and offers lots of free parking. 5/5* for sure!

Great rooms, great staff, and a great breakfast

Breakfast tacos a nice gesture but a hard no for a choice. Best to stick to the basics. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Room was lovely. Bed was so so for comfort.

I thought the pillows were terrible. The were good. We thought the staff was very good.

Like that it was clean and staff friendly. Pool was a bit cool though otherwise was a nice stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Greeted by check in staff, good service. Our king size hotel room was clean and inviting. Enjoyed having a coffee maker and microwave in room. Morning breakfast was inviting and yummy. Lots of tables, clean, nice selection of food. Pool with slide and hot tub, relaxing. Easy parking Would stay again!

We have stayed here along with pets many times. Updates to the property (carpets) and rooms (heating/AC system) keep it looking fresh and comfortable. The breakfast is good and they vary the offerings on a schedule, and all the staff we encountered are always friendly and helpful. This end of the city has lots of restaurants and shopping, so it's easier to get some errands done here than it is at home in Calgary!

Excellent breakfast! Clean property and comfy beds. Convenient location. The swimming pool room needed to be a little warmer and the swimming pool shower didn't have hot water but it was still fun and we enjoyed it stay.

Very clean room

Room as perfect for my group. Staff was very friendly. Beds and pillow were great but the blanket was not enough as I would have like to have had a duvet or a blanket not just a top sheet.
