Loved this property and location, but does need a pool.

Great spot

Location: Great! Close to the Univ of Arkansas, highways and dining. Conveniently located near fast food, Starbucks, and a convenience store and gas station in parking lot for last minute water runs or snack runs. Staff: Friendly, welcoming and helpful! Hotel: Hotel was clean and our suite met our needs for the 3 days we were in Fayetteville however the bed was firm and not comfortable for our backs. We woke up sore each day -but our family doesn't do well on a firm mattress. Bathrooms were updated and clean and water pressure was good. Parking: Was easy.

We did not actually stay at the hotel. Upon arriving we found out that only a few rooms were pet friendly and they had none left, despite my request. However the man was helpful in finding a different hotel entirely pet friendly.

It was an increadbly NICE facility. Recently remodeled, all NEW and - VERY REASONABLE charges! We will stay there again - when we visit family in the Fayetteville area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming...AND, I loved seeing the General Manager's office. A Man Cave Office! Kinda, Hog Heaven too!! THANK YOU Sean

Ability to walk safely to U of A facilities

Other than the walls being thin so you could hear people next to you it was a comfy stay. Or was clean and convenient to UofA!

Property has obviously been remodeled very nice facilities

Our daughter attends UArk and I have stayed at a number of hotels near campus over the years. I always look for proximity to campus and affordability. This is By Far the Very Best option! The rate was comparable if not better than the competitors and the room was Fantastic! Full kitchen, living area, bathroom off of the living area, king bed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was Very Clean!

All staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basics. You can't beat the proximity to Arkansas campus. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Fayetteville.

Exceeded my expectations

They keep your incidentals money for days

Very clean, room was nice and comfortable

Great location, but most of the staff are very rude! Definitely not "pet friendly" as advertised, and 2 days after I checked out I was charged a $200 fee for "disturbance" because apparently my tiny dog was barking the one and only time he was left alone for 45 minutes. Definitely would not recommend staying here!
