Comfortable hotel, reasonably priced next to retail park.

Nice hotel and incredibly friendly staff made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a family room which was well equipped. We often stay at a neighbouring hotel but will switch to Holiday Inn from now on

Room was not ready and we waited for around 30min or so to allow them time to prepare room. Reception most of the times remain unattended. Parking is far away from the hotel just in case if you have luggage to bring. I do not recommend this hotel for more than one night.

We stay here for a few days, on average 3-4 times a year and some of the regular staff remember us (or perhaps its our dog 🤔), each time we visit. For a big corporate company, the personal touch makes a nice difference and weve always found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.

Excellent accommodation, excellent staff, walm and friendly welcome could not fault this hotel in anyway. This is our 2nd stay and look forward to staying there when we return to Scotland.

I like the location of this hotel being close to the motorway and with a carpark nearby with superfast ev chargers.

Staff always welcome you are helpful and freindly.

We were greeted in a most welcome manner. Given clear instructions and helped book my car in. Brilliant staff good breakfast. I will be returning.

Second year there, never had any issues

Apart from the actual fact management (only hoover when you're around, must hear the lift!) staff and other staff having to clean during the night, kept back and not payed i think thats out of order!
