Clean room, close to everything.

Nice Hotel staff helpful but Water smell, My wife got sick Don't used for mouthwash.

I really liked the space and the staff was friendly. The building also ran out of water one day but they fixed that within a few hours.

I highly recommend this hotel, situated in the perfect spot near everything. The area needs some work but it was safe to walk around and see the beautiful Church's and surrounding buildings. There is lots of places to eat in this area as well. I found using Uber was soooo worth it. very inexpensive too.

The staff was having issues finding my reservation through Expedia.

It's a good option in one of the best areas you can be in, if you can get a room at a good price. It's a bit expensive right now, perhaps due to summer, World Cup coming, etc. But if you can get a good price on this hotel then you'd like it. :)

Breakfast in the weekend is good

Staff muy atento, AC de la habitación eficiente, desayuno buffet empezaba a las 7 pero a las 8 aún faltaban un par de guisados, estacionamiento de tamaño limitado pero el personal maximiza de manera correcta el espacio para que los autos estén bajo resguardo. Por su ubicación llega algo de ruido de la vida nocturna de afuera, quienes sean sensibles a esto deben tenerlo presente.

This is a nice little hotel in el centro, close to everything, with parking and breakfast is great! Nice, clean, safe place to rest after long days exploring.

The rooms were clean

The property was great. We had big rooms. The beds were hard but we didnt lose sleep over it. They have a restaurant on property, we did not eat there but would be convenient. We didn't use the gym. We did use the nice cold a/c, which was great. Reception gave us great ideas on things to do and restaurant recommendations. Their parking varage was a big bonus for our large family, it was safe and they close the garage at night but have staff to open it. Over all will stay again.

Pros: Clean, large shower w good pressure, excellent location. A/C quiet and works well. Water bottles provided in room. Nice common areas. Quiet for the most part*. Cons: Can't access the terrace unless using the restaurant. The room doors* in hallway are very loud / jarring. Restaurant hours posted are iffy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
