The key they provided for us wouldn’t open our door so we had to wait for them to come help us. After driving over 4 hours it was very disappointing that we couldn’t get into our room right away and kept having issues with room key and had to use their master key

I got a good rest. It was relatively quiet.

That motel was super old, the faucet was broken, and the toilet was cracked. The staff wasn't helpful either.

No amenities and service

This hotel misrepresented itself with photos on this site. People living there....fighting and loud, room in poor condition. Bed left bruises on my hips. Will not recommend or ever waste my money again

Had 2 pools, neither had water in them

What you saw on the website is not what you got. No pool, the rooms where disgusting, holes in the walls, smoke detector hanging, bath tub was very chipped, shower head didn’t put out water well, the water couldn’t be shut off, fan just made a lot of noise, burn marks in the furniture . It’s a hotel that is very run down. I will never stay there again .

The property needed a big renovation. Very dilapidated. Patio doors did not close properly. Blinds were broken and slats were missing. The first room I was allocated, didn't have curtains. No bedside lamp. No plug ins for boosting the phones. No microwave. Bath tub and sink had chipped enamel. The white bath tub had yellowed with age. Plus the caulking on the tub need redoing. All in all, I'll never go back there. Even though I'll give it an A+ on clean sheets, and a comfortable bed.

Needs to be maintained. Was verily clean. Batub and toilet needed cleaning. Found spider in bed, as we first arrived. Would not book again.

Very run down and old. Empty pool, no hot tub, busted broken playground. Very little water came out of the shower head. Broken dirty blinds and windows. Some lights didn’t work. We had a 2 Bdrm suite, beds clean and comfy, came with dishes, coffee maker, air conditioner etc. not enough towels, cupboard doors didn’t close but the fridge worked!!! There is ppl living at this motel. Lots of rot and mold. Definitely needs a lot of attention. Staff was friendly . Would not stay here again but I will add I paid far less for a suite than a chain hotel so I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was clean but the toilet made a screaming sound when flushed and the baseboards had a lot of water stains. Neither pool or hot tubs were functional. There is a cool courtyard in the middle where you can hang out and socialize. This could be a great place if there was some attention to some of the conditions and amenities.

The pictures on Expedia are not anywhere close to how poor the property is. It is an old motel. I would not have stayed there but couldn't get another hotel for the weekend. Totally embarrassed to tell people that we stayed there.

Clean room, but much too cold with AC!

Did not see hot tub

Upon arrival, they booked us in a room that was being renovated. The staff then asked if I could have one room for one night, then move the next as they were booked. I said, if you can't find a room, lets just process the refund. To which the staff member said "Are you not happy with your room".... I didn't have one... When they finally got us a room, it unfortunately was not cleaned very well. There were tissues with blood on them behind the night stand (I was looking for somewhere to plug my phone in) and the bathroom left something to be desired (clean wise) Because we were on a time crunch, we stayed... The beds were clean (thankfully) and comfortable. The back courtyard was nice to hang out in. It was clear that the (possible new) owners were working to better the establishment - lots of "reno" type things going on.

The table and couch were dirty.The coffee maker plug on didn’t work. The closet had no hangers. The bathroom door had a large hole on the back side. The whole place looked run down.

Not worth it to spend this much money

The room was very outdated, and not all surfaces were clean. The drain in the bathtub was completely rusted out, the toilet ran water all night. I felt it was completely unacceptable at the rate of 185 a night that I paid for it.

The grossest hotel you'll ever stay at! I completely agree with the other reviewer that said you will think that you have made a wrong turn. Our "non-smoking" room must have had the sign put up the day before. The room stunk of smoke so bad it was like living im a cigarette. The view outside our window faced dumpsters and various other garbage items. Including containers full of what looked like urine. It was hot in the room and our window opened-but it had NO screen so we could not leave it open overnight. The door bolt had been ripped off so I had to tie a rope in front of the door (picture attached) to feel some sort of security. We were two young women and we did NOT FEEL SAFE. People screaming at night and some workers whistled at me when I went for a walk around the property. The room had not been dusted or wiped. There were hot pink lipstick stains all over the bathroom door and counter. Toilet was disgusting. Shower didnt work properly- the tub would fill up as well. No way to fix that as the knob for the shower was missing the ball. We booked off Expedia and I swear the photos are AI! We expected an older 3 star hotel. Thats what we paid for. This place needs to be condemned. The "restaurant, pool & jacuzzi" that were featured in the pictures were all under supposed construction. We peeked in the windows and it looks like they were just storing random garbage there. I felt itchy staying here. If you feel like you are getting a good deal you are NOT!!

I understood that this hotel was older, but I had stayed in the past and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it has gone way down hill. It is more like a long term hotel now. The room was filthy. We found a vape, hat and deodorant in the room under furniture. That bathroom was old, dirty and full of mildew. The fan didn't work at all. I booked because there were two pools. Neither was filled or working. Outside our door was a broken toilet tank lid. Guess what our room was missing. When we asked for ice the person in the lobby was helpful, which is why I gave them two stars. When I spoke to someone about the unclean room he shrugged. Now for the worst part. I woke up to find thousands of small bugs swarming a granola bar wrapper. Sadly this place is no longer somewhere I would ever suggest staying.
