Had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room is super clean and has a comfortable bed. The staffs were very helpful and polite. The location is a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, so super convenient. Overall a recommended hotel!

We enjoyed the hotel room on the first stay, the Lady that checked us in was really helpful and friendly! and she even upgraded us to a different room that the one we booked (we booked the Classical Room). Just one thing, the wifi keeps on disconnecting and connecting by its own (thankfully I got my portable wifi with me). Then we came back to Tokyo from Osaka & Kyoto, and checked in again at this hotel, with the Classical Room for 4 nights, and then we decided to extend our stay in Tokyo fro 2 nights. At first we wanted to try another hotel because of all the fuss with the Wifi and the fact that they put us in a room very very far away from the lift, but we don't want to be far from Haneda Airport, and it was only for 2 nights. And after I booked my stay through app, I went down to the concierge and ask whether its possible to stay in the same room as I have now (as I booked with the same type of room), so we don't have to move room and drag all our stuff. And they said it's possible, only if we pay an extra fee for the room for an "upgrade". I tried to explain to the staff that I booked the same type of room, but he was reluctant helping us (or maybe his english is not that good, Idk when he talked he didn't even looked at us in the eye), and repeatedly saying to us that its a different type of room and was kinda snobby about it. Oh and he didn't even asked for the information I had from our current booking & the new booking from app, he just simply said "you booked a smaller room you need to pay for an upgrade" We we're really exhausted from our day trips, so we just paid to get it done.
