Friendly staff Clean no odors no room service unless requested

We reserved a room with two queen beds for 3 nights. When we arrived we were told they only had a room with a king bed for the first night and we could move to a different room the next night. Not happy but “went with it”. Get up to room and settle into bed then a stranger opened our door (with a key card). He was told he had our room number assigned to him. He went back to desk. A few minutes later staff came to our door to ask our name so she could @staighten it out”. The next morning when I went down for breakfast there was no regular sugar available for coffee (they were waiting for o truck) and when I asked for cream cheese for my bagel I got a bit of an attitude from the attendant. When I returned to my room , my key card didn’t work! Very frustrating. The place was clean, but not well managed☹️

It is a very clean and lovely property. It is safe and quiet. I would highly recommend.

The front desk staff was so unclean that I couldn’t stand there due to the smell. The person had the same clothes on everyday we were there for 4 days!! The breakfast room had roaches around the oatmeal toppings and the waffle mix was literally water!! There was no one even there to tell. HORRIBLE experience and will never stay again!!! They need to do better!!!

Very basic, but convenient location, reasonably clean and modern. Breakfast was terrible. Not quite Marriot Bonvoy, but just a dressed up motel.

Sink wasn’t working/clogged, not too much hot water

CALL AHEAD IF YOU NEED TO ARRIVE LATE. Staff was very helpful so not upset, but the central office said we could arrive late in the evening, and when we showed up they labeled us a no show. So, call them directly if you will be arriving late. Great hotel stay.

The front desk never checked me in- marked me as a no-show- four day stay each night had to get a new room key after working 14 hours. The breakfast was basically kool aid, cold coffee and toast. Asked front desk how to cast on the tv- told multiple times that that they would get back to me- which they never did. To get to guide in tv had to turn tv on and off each time. Clean and the female staff was extremely friendly-

I was in Virginia visiting and stayed at this hotel for a night. I had to cross a double highway to get in. No dining. Service was ok but rooms were gross and area felt really unsafe. I’m surprised there is a hotel allowed by state laws to even be there. Waste of money and time

The front desk is nice. The first room had garage in the bucket and around it. She was very nice and changed our room. The next room had a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet

Upon arrival the computer system was down and we were delayed to check in. However the gentleman at the front desk recognized we needed to be somewhere, he was able to fast track us to our room by confirming it was ready with other staff and manually taking my information. This was terrific service. The only complaint I have about this hotel was I reserved the room on the wrong date in error and I failed to see the print that that my reservation was non refundable even though I didn’t cancel, I simply rescheduled. Be careful on this property when you reserve in the event you need to make a change. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

The breakfasted offered was lacking. Very limited options and ran out of items very quickly. Water in shower was barely warm. No improvement after request to increase temperature

I have a bad experience previously,but last two times that I’ve stay with them, I’ve seen an improvement. I like this place because is close to everything and has nice rooms with good beds.

It’s a little hard to get to but is a nice place.

Enjoyed my staff however did not care for the breakfast. Not much selection
