Great service and cleanliness!

Beautiful hotel grounds! Super convenient location (right next to the interstate). Clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The pictures are accurate of the hotel.

I had put non-slip mat in shower, but it seems the suction cups did not stick and i fell in tub when i stepped onto mat. My husband reported it to man behind desk, but all he got was an "ok, I'll write it down". The next morning at checkout i asked to speak to the manager but was told not there. I handed my card to the girl and asked that manager call me. A week later i have still not received a call. Either poor front desk staff for not passing on message or poor management for not calling.

The area was nice and we liked our room. However, the service was terrible. We asked for the room cleaning for three days, which we called the front desk, went to front desk, talked to multiple people, and still did not receive until we decided to check out early. According to them, they don’t provide room cleaning service during the weekend and not after 5 pm. Why did not they inform us before when we contacted the front desk in the first place? Regardless, they said they would send the service to us, promising to exchange the towels, take out the trash, but it was all done after three days. People should not have to beg for service.

Comfortable bed and room

Everything was OK. My main complaint is the entry doors slam which can be disrupting. Our neighbor next to us kept on going in and out and the door slammed every time. I would believe the hotel could put a soft closure device that would solve the problem.

Great place to stay, but could not overcome the smell from carpet.

Close to the freeway. Nice room . No cups or water glasses in the room when I arrived, so I had to hoof back to the lobby to grab some.

Location and property were great. Loved the fire pit and koi pond!

Was a delightful one night stay. Will plan on more nights next time, to get in a spa day.

Property was quiet, fun and safe for our small family while still maintaining a nice aesthetic.

Nice room

It definitely was an older property, must have been nice in its day, but not kept up well. There were signs sayin they were under new ownership and construction was coming. Hopefully they can redeem it. Bed was comfortable and onsite restaurant was good

Very bland but close to Sacramento River

Came for a family wedding, love this hotel, did back 10 years ago, did last year, still do today! My only concern was the amount of children that were in the pool, that it made it too crowded to use.
