The rooms are well n my maintained and clean. The common areas are clean but a little worn.

stayed 2 nights, did not clean our rooms, their complementary breakfast did not have much selection, orange juice machine broke down, quest computer not working, had to get our key reprogrammed wouldn't let us into the rooms when we got back, cigarette butts laying around outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice stay

-1 star. I’ve already not recommended this stay to 12 people. In two days. Staff didn’t even ask us how our stay was! That’s because they know.. doze this place to the ground, build a parking lot.

I called the front desk twice for help to get the tv to turn on. I paid over $200 for the night and the tv wouldn’t turn on. I was told there was nobody to help. I am travelling alone, I use the tv as another voice in the room for security reasons. This is not cool!!

The hotel doesn’t clean the rooms unless you ask.

Did the trick for a quick overnight stay. We arrived late. Fromt desk staff got everyone check in pretty quick.

Hotel and room are clean, checkin was very quick and beds were comfortable. Hotel and rooms look old and could use an upgrade. Overall, you are paying for the convinience of being very close to the airport and since the rooms are clean and comfortable, that’s good enough. Positive experience.

Very conveniently located for our trip to the airport the next morning. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was average (no lactose free milk available). We had some brown water come in the tub - lady at the desk said it was sediment, but perfectly safe.

The room with the shower is very bad. I’m for sure I’m not going to stay again in this hotel.

Needs a make over. Poor floor plan, if you have heavy luggages you will have a hard time, a lot of small stairs. dirty and narrow hallways. You can hear everybody passing outside your room. Sink is outside the bathroom. Doors from the back are not secured(broken). Terrible staff, from check in to check out, they do not know what they are talking about. asked which side of the hotel the room was pointed the opposite direction, asked about parking not sure. They ask for a deposit when i informed the front desk upon check out he has no idea about it, charged the amount instead of cancelling it, btw not yet refunded, called them because its been a week they said 7-10 business days depending on your bank. Other hotels hold the amount but on the day of check out cancels it right away. And breakfast, you have to wait for coffee.

Good overnight stay. The room was comfortable and we slept well - maybe too well: No wakeup call so radio alarm set by a staff member but didn't ring so we overslept by 1/2 hour. So we had to rush getting packed and breakfast in order to catch the 1/2 hourly shuttle to airport. For breakfast the juice machine was not working and no bottled juice was made available.

Friendly staff. 24 hour coffee in lobby. Very convenient to airport.
