No light working in room, save one. Night light from outside shines through glass pane of main door so rooms not dark. Generally clean and high-quality furniture and bath but run-down. One towel for four beds. Overpriced, frankly.

One night stay as part of a longer road trip. Conveniently located and quick and simple check in and check out. Clean, comfortable room.

The property is dated inside, and there is no ventilation, so need to keep windows open or be prepared to experience a sewer smell. Cobwebs all around in the light fixtures on the second floor Some of the lights don’t work in the rooms Breakfast was a very positive experience- friendly staff

Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality. Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff.

the hotel was advertised as a 4 Star hotel The experience was a disaster it was like going into. Prison The entire experience was horrific Including breakfast which was very bad and I was left with bad stomach after breakfast

Good property, small room but we knew it would be. Very hot weather there but no air conditioning. Although we paid a few months ago, we were told a few days prior that we would have to move to another hotel for the last day of our stay. The other hotel room was not ready until 3 p.m. Not good enough!

It was rather cold in the room

Ok hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Nice spacious room and bathroom with a tub, but with hairs in the drain. But besides that, the room and bathroom was clean. Limited vegetarian breakfast options

Terrible check in. Room wasn't ready 1,5 hours after check in opened. Was asked to come back. Second attempt I was given room key only to find cleaning hadn't even started. No other room available. Cleaning crew spent less than 15 min cleaning the 2 room apartment from the last guest and left the room dirty. Crumbs on bedside table, dirty carpet, dirt on bathroom floor and walls. Dirt in shower. Stained bed linen. Dirt on "newly made up bed" Used plaster and cigarette butt on patio. Pipework cracking all night. WiFi not able to connect in parts of the room/patio

Two doors from our room there was a party with disk jockey and terrible noise well into the night. We go to a hotel with the intention to sleep at night, not to be kept awake.

Fint hotel, men efterhånden meget slidte værelser. Fremragende morgenmad, og god service ved indcheckning

Var super godt var til rokc under broen . Morgenmaden var helt overvældende der manglet ikke noget .fri kaffe hele dagen/ aften ingen ting at klage om

Vi havde et dejligt ophold, men brugte primært hotellet som base mens vi tog ud på ture i området. Deres morgenmad er klart anbefalelsesværdigt, og på plussiden kan jeg sige at når de siger blødkogt æg, så passer det
