Excellent stay and great value for money. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The property offers great amenities, a lovely and convenient location, and the food was excellent. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and outstanding value for money.

Good stay at Pine Lake. Great staff, good, well-appointed accommodation with close-by parking.

Check in a little slow, food on site decent. No milk on site, needed help to use cooker as it had a child lock on it. Needed unplugging etc... Site kept clean.

We chose this location to make use of leisure facilities On check in we were told that pool wasn’t available as fully booked, no food available on New Year’s Day. If there are restrictions when booking and you are searching for accommodation it should not be listed I would have chosen a different location. I felt missold

Fully equipped room, easy parking

For the price we booked a whole mini house with everything inside.It is the second time we visit and we are very happy.Now about the staff I didn't have any issue only think they charge me for a pet 50£ and for one night we pay 60£.Very relaxing and quiet place my kids loved the swans and they enjoy playing outside.

Was alright for an overnight. Stayed in a studio which was clean, tidy and well equipped. Parking was not easy, spaces very tight to get in and out off. Food Ok if not a little overpriced. Ok for the price I paid..

Good

Clean specious cabin, conveniently located for our family of 4 during our road trip through UK. Kitchen, clothes washer, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus small living room allowed us to spread out and relax. However, pool and hot tub hours were not convenient for “non-members,” so we did not get to use them, which was a big reason we booked here. We also had to pay an additional fee for a late checkout (1 hour longer), but the housekeeping wasn’t informed by the front desk that we had requested checkout at 12 instead of 11. Not directly on the lake, we had a view of cabins in front of the lake.

Good stay. A bit overpriced as pool and lodges need modernising.

Loved it all

Fabulous place with a lodge that contained everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Restaurant menu amd food were excellent. Staff in the main complex were all wonderful. Only negative was a member of leisure staff insisting that the jacuzzi was turned off after a short time at regular intervals and everyone had to get out . Not ideal for my elderly mother who was disappointed and could not go in the main pool or sauna/steam rooms. Never come across anything like this with any jacuzzi!!

We only stayed as a stopping place for one night but it was perfect for a longer stay and we hope to come back for one in the future

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything we needed including a torch if we needed to go outside after dark. The restaurant food was lovely.
