We liked the hotel very much, however, because of its location we had a very difficult time driving up to check in. We were able to see the hotel but circled the block numerous times before being helped by a garage attendant. Some direction on website would help those who arrive by car.

This was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant and the food/coffee options in the shopping mall. Our bed and pillows were fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

We recommend it for the location it’s in the middle of everything dining shopping walking etc very safe too

Location is excellent And the overall experience was very pleasant

It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel since it is right by the entrance to the mall but after asking people in the parking lot we found it. It wasn't very pleasant to not have any signal of where the entrance was. The housekeeper was very nice and did an excellent job of cleaning. She even included necessary toiletries that were not in the room. I appreciated that very much.

Surprisingly, this was a very clean and very well area situated hotel, right connected to a beautiful super mall and five minutes from downtown events… The rooms themselves were very clean and very well presented. Everything worked wonderfully in the rooms.
