The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny square lumpy pillows. The carpets smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner/ heater hadn’t been cleaned so it smelled. The water smelled like dirt. The toilet was broken. It was horrible.

The property was extremely clean. There was such a clean smell to the entire facility. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. If I come back the Harker Heights, I would definitely stay in this facility.

Overall good experience

Stayed one night and had bed bugs crawling on my pants leg when i got coffe in the morning.

Very clean and quiet inside. Parking lot a little dark. Breakfast was delicious with multiple optiond. Staff very friendly.

People were super friendly and breakfast was good!

Staff was wonderful & you could smell that great attention to cleanliness had been addressed. My daughter felt the room smelled a bit odd, but it was very clean to our eyes. Would stay again:)
