This is a bit of a strange ‘hotel’ in that it is lots of villas spread out over a large area. That being said, the value for money is excellent, the apartments are big and well equipped and it’s quiet. The free swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi on site are a bonus as well! I would certainly recommend staying here!

We were late arriving after a long drive but the reception was so welcoming and the apartment is spotless - super comfy bed and lots of room! Love it.

I thought everything was spot on. Brand new refurbished apartments including appliances. Perfect location and great facilities for all ages. I'd highly recommend.

Very good

First visit to cromer and was not disappointed! The Country Club is a perfect spot. Great communication after booking, easy check in, friendly staff. We had a 2 bedroom two-storey unit, it was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Well presented, spotless, cosy, full facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, comfy beds and nice bedding, an all round pleasant stay and we will be returning. We didn’t use the pool facilities but it looked lovely.

Was clean nice room plenty of amenities

Great location and very quiet. Room was spotless, very modern and equipped with all facilities you need. The pull out sofa bed was massive and very comfortable. The only issues for me were: the shower wasn’t very powerful and one morning there was work including hammering and drilling being carried out next door on one of the days. This started early morning and continued until we left at 11am the same day. Other than those issues it’s a lovely place to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The food, accomodation and facilities were all excellent. It was a real treat.

This was a last minute booking, and oh my days it was the best stay I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely and kind, and the accommodation was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Cromer Country Club. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook if you wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, everything was very clean. We had a great time swimming and relaxing in the sauna and stea room. The staff was very polite, overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!

Most impressed with the 2 bedroom unit, was like a house! Very well equipped with extremely comfortable beds. Great price. Restaurant served very good food.

Our stay did not get off to the best of starts. The receptionist was not happy that we had booked via Expedia and demanded guest information in a very angry manner. This did not make us feel welcome! We had a one-bedroom chalet which was very warm and cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. The site itself is right next to the sea, although beach access is down a very long staircase. Due to its position on the clifftop, the site is very hilly and uneven with lots of steps. Parking near the accommodation, even for unloading luggage was impossible. The car park itself was very crowded. Evening meal, cod and chips, in Amber the onsite restaurant was very mediocre. We did not use the pool or any other leisure facilities, so cannot comment. I would not stay here again as it is just so unfriendly. The staff definitely need some training in customer relations!
