The view was the best ever The front of house team exceeded all our expectations. They were professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They gave us a tip about a local drink and a local meat speciality for my husband and a vegetarian speciality for me!

Great location: hotel beach, shallow warm water perfect for families. Many things to keep kids occupied. If you like your holidays to feel like you are in a foreign land rather than brits abroad, this could be the place for you.

This is a very good hotel but as it was March not all services were available. No bar or cafe open in the afternoons and no water in the pool. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is well located.

Very Noisy - Rooms on north side of hotel have very old a/c units running 24/7 on roof of restaurant. Room had no mini bar and safe was old and did not work. Shower over bath was not wide enough to stand in easily so I would not return and would not recommend.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The beaches are within a short walk 3 minutes at most and there are a good selection of bars shops restaurants and amenities within 300 m. The hotel staff we’re friendly and polite and very efficient. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the chamber maids did an excellent job. The hotel buffet food was plentiful albeit rather bland and on occasions not particularly hot. I would have no hesitation returning for another stay and recommending that my friends and family do too.

The hotel itself and the location are fine. Needless to say that COVID shows and affects. The restaurant services were really low, long lines everywhere with people not respecting the distance. This would’ve been easy to organize but no hotel staff was present. The food was very poor for Spain. The charge for full board is low but even so in a country of gastronomy the food was terrible. The hotel management must know that the restaurant is poorly managed. I wonder why they don’t do anything?

My personal opinion about the hotel is that what was a 4 star no longer is. I have travelled a lot in Spain and it is a classic example of a hotel that has not updated anything but simply maintained what was when it was build. The photos on their advertisements match however the furnitures and rooms are no longer new and looks as attractive as the picture. Poor WiFi in the room and at the pool during our stay. It’s 2020 should not be a issue at all. The benefit of the hotel is the pool, location, parking options and you have a awesome view and beaches on both sides. In general a lovely place but value for money you might pay a little to much.

The room we were given looked as if it hadn’t been refurbished for 20 years, it was dreadful Decided to upgrade, cost us €115 extra for a room which you would have expected for a supposedly 4*hotel. It’s the first hotel restaurant, that we have had to clear our own table to eat, no tablecloths waiters were non existent. If you didn’t now you were in a hotel you would think you were entering a large factory canteen 🙁🙁

stayed for 2 nights check in was ok did ask about bus to Cartagena .was told to see notice board,our room was spacious with a great view but the furnishings were tired and needed updating.toilet seat and lid were well worn .The food in the dining room was very poor for a 4star hotel not much variety ,it was the same breakfast and dinner.The first night we went to the bar at about 7.45 for a couple of beers and told the bar is closing in 5 minutes as the barman has to open another bar at 9pm.after dinner we went in the other bar for coffee and the same barman was realy struggling to serve ,wash up and clear and collect glasses on his own all evening .This I find stupid s the place was very busy people dancing drinking but having to wait ages to be served ,I felt sorry for that young barman as there were probably around 200 people present.We have stayed here a couple of times in past and it was ok. For a 4star hotel it struggles to make 1 star.

It is a spanish style, and for a group tour hotel. Nice pool and very near to beach. Staff are kind and food is good. I had a cultural experience, but may not be suitable for young couple or for non-spanish guests. Smell in bathroom is a real problem.

The hotel is a large 70's style tower block and the architecture and rooms reflect this. The hotel is looking a little tired and could use a makeover. That said, it is perfectly reasonable and excellent value. The guests were predominately Spanish and the staff preferred to speak Spanish so be prepared. We stayed full board and the food was good, lots of choice but basic fare, free wine and water on each table. The pool is fine and the hotel is right on the beach, I believe there is a life guard at the pool but you should check. Hotel is very child friendly and there were many families staying, if you prefer a quieter holiday it may not be the place for you. Overall, I liked the place and would go again.

Great value for money. Definitely worth it to get the superior room. Pretty good restaurant and perfect location just in front of the beach. Would definitely repeat!

Clean hotel and great breakfast. Staff were friendly. Loved being right on the beach. Nice pool too!

Booked just a day before arrival. Easy to book, but I asked for a wheelchair friendly room and bathroom. I could not get into the bathroom at all, and the only disabled 'help' was a grab bar on the wall next to the bath. The shower was too high to reach.

Room needs updating, all bodged repairs above French doors. Took so long to get hot water, lovely views from room. Took until the last night of a weeks holiday to get Wi-Fi in room. Receptionists not that helpful. I wanted to use the indoor pool but never got to actually see it. I went to view it in the opening times but was refused and told I had to come back when it closed, which meant I was always away from the hotel at these times, so never even got a glimpse. Hotel very dated . Breakfast was not at all good.
