Staff were excellent, breakfast was great with variety of items, room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is the floor/carpet in the room had a sticky feeling. It seemed clean so idk if it’s a cleaning product but it’s weird.

Clean, good breakfast,,accommodating staff. Delt mostly with Alexander & Marie. Alexander was excellent and Marie was outstanding. They gave a vibe like old friends, not just clerks. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay….staff was very friendly!

Nice and clean. Very quiet.

The bathroom floor was covered with a hazy sticky mess. It was slippery with rubber sole shoes on and nasty and sticky when walked on with bare feet. The furnishing in the room was scratched and damaged. The walls had spills and stains and wallpaper in some areas was peeling up. The room needs a refresh.

Very well organized.

There was a Fire alarm at 1 a.m. on 5/10/25. We were outside for an hour waiting to get the all clear to re-enter. The desk staff did not have the correct key for the fire chief to reset the alarm. The fire chief sternly told the desk staff they were not in compliance and he was going to have to come back later to do that. There was no offer for any discount for this inconvenience. Also, the outlet in the bathroom in room 316 did not work. We advised the front desk before we left for the day and were told that it would be fixed and when we returned after being out nearly 12 hours, it was not fixed.

It was a pleasant stay. we found the housekeeping staff to be the most pleasant. They were very accommodating to us and kind. You don’t find a lot of kind people in this world.

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in Gloucester. We have always been happy with our stay. Very clean and staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Nice and quiet in a great little town just off 17. Great place for a biker break in travel

We were in a room on the 3rd floor and the ice machine wasnt working on the 3rd or 2nd floor. We had to go all the way down to the first floor and then all the way to the end of the hall to get ice.

Immaculate, quiet room, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast average but got the job done.

Staff very helpful

Check in did not go well. They could not find my reservation. However, they were able to give me another room at a similar rate.
