Great hotel

In general good,and fair price,however why i didnt rate as 5 star, because bathroom is stinky,smell like pee, really strong odor. Thats my only bad review in general is a nice hotel and convenient everything is around!!

The hotel is very nice, it is very well located. It has very good connections to transportation and food. The only thing that needs to be improved is the reception inside the internet rooms and there are no places where there is no good reception. In general, it is very good.

The rooms were a little too small but clean, the bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was rusty, very well situated, the areas outside was amazing it looks like a jungle, the staff was nice.

Everything was ok

Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches. Skip the breakfast at the attached breakfast bar ... there's a nice little Mexican restaurant on the same block with excellent breakfast menu.

Very nice hotel in a great location just a few blocks away from 5th. Staff was fantastic and helpful with all our needs. Atmosphere is very tradition with the courtyard. The only negative was lack of water pressure in the shower but it was sufficient to get the job done. Would stay hear again. Few doors down was a great latin fast food joint which have great portions. Ate there twice. Location on main street and extremely safe.

Good location, safe and quiet

The hot water was out for 2 days. The safe didn’t work because they said the battery was probably out. They gave me a lock with key to use for the box, but that didn’t work. It was clean and great location. I sent an email asking about private transportation from airport, they said take the ADO bus.

Nice location..hotel looks old..good overall

Great location. You can walk to the beach and to the ADO bus station. The hotel is cosy and it's got charm. The buffet breakfast could be better, but the staff is nice.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Close the grocery store and 5th! Close to restaurants that were priced much better then on 5th. The lush gardens are great however if you want to tan it covers like a canopy and hardly any sun comes through, but beautiful to read and relax by the pool. Staff amazing!

Great location, rooms were clean. No complaints for the price. Kids liked the pools. Would definitely stay there again.

I has everything I needed. Perhaps even more than I did. I had a full tub and spacious bathroom. Perfect sized room for 1-2 people. Front desk were always accommodating. Great stay!

Great room for the price. Room reminded me of an airport hotel. Very basic. The room I was in only had a window that looked into the property so very little natural light. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The key cards weren’t working on the days that I stayed which was a little inconvenient but staff walked me to my room to let me in. Not a huge deal. Pools are in the shade most of the day but a very nice set up.

Quaint, unique property with very friendly, hard-working staff. The pool area makes you feel like you are in a jungle oasis. Room was very clean. The decore and fixtures are not the most up-to-date, but they are functional and well-maintained. Good location. In walking distance to 5th Ave, restaurants and stores.

This hotel is slightly above average. The rooms are clean and it’s a nice area with easy access to “La Quinta.” I would stay here again but it certainly doesn’t deserve a 5 star. I would give it 3.75 stars out of 5. Pros: Clean rooms, quiet, 2 pools, beautiful setting, comfortable beds, and a very friendly bilingual staff. In-room safe. Decent hot-water. Cons: Slow or non-existent wifi. Check-in took more than 30 minutes. I had cancelled one night on my stay and the hotel initially tried to charge me a no-show even though I cancelled before the due time. The key system went down to all the rooms one day and everyone had to be let in by the check-in staff manually. Breakfast is more expensive than La Quinta which is 2 short blocks away. I would stay here again because the property is so nice and the staff is friendly, but they have some work to do. If they want to keep a high rating.
