Always excellent when we stay except last time , barking dogs I had to complain about that were in room next to us .

The room was a suite and the bedroom smelled like animal urine. The manage cleaned the air unit, water drip pan and filter but smells persisted

Coffee was undrinkable/brown water! Recommend Starbucks kiosk or make a deal with a good coffee offer! No bacon, the same every day like omelet or hard boiled eggs or Bread was processed bread. Not a Hilton or embassy suite quality. We were given a handicap room without asking. Refrigerator was noisy so was the location -maybe not your fault. I would need a cutting board to actually use the kitchen.

The tv didn’t work right. The picture kept disappearing and then reappearing. There was a wet paper towel roll under the sink. Had to try our room key four or five times before it worked. Everytime! But to me, those were minor things cause tv wasn’t that important to me since we had the grandkids and the pool was what we came here for. They had toys to play with and we had a nice dinner in the room using the kitchen. I would stay here again

The pros: The rooms are lovely and large and the breakfast offerings and quality was great. Check in was easy peasy. Bed was comfortable. Place was impeccably clean. The cons: heard some comments from staff during breakfast “it’s such a mess, I don’t get paid enough for this ****” and another staff member grunting in annoyance when my toddler and I were apparently in his way. It was just very evident the staff running breakfast were unhappy and it made me feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Overall pretty unprofessional. To be fair, I’m not sure if the pool was explicitly advertised as heated but you’d expect an indoor pool not to be super cold. I’m pretty sensitive to cold so I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool like I had hoped.

The hotel is in very good condition. Check in was easy and fast, the woman who checked me in was friendly. Room was in a quiet section of the hallway, which I appreciated. Room itself was very nice! Clean, comfortable, large and spacious. All of the amenities one would need. The pillows were a little flat, but that aside, I would definitely stay here again. Nice selection of food and snacks in the lobby and a coffee bar. I did not stay for breakfast so I can't speak to that. Very nice place!

Two things were bad: the air conditioning unit and the ridiculous parking fee of $27 tax. Otherwise, everything was good.

Great hotel!

The entire hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was immaculate. It was pretty quiet.
