It was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy and the staff was friendly. Great stay.

It was nice and quiet. The faucet in the restroom from the room was broken. The sofa bed needs to be replace.

Updated bathroom was very nice

The receptionist meal and female went from Night Shift to dayshift. They were not helpful at all. They were very rude. We’ll never stay there again or recommend them! They were not apologetic at all very poor customer service. Obviously they have not been trained at all. I don’t think they had very poor customer service ethics. I gave them a one star only because there was no star for zero.

Everything was great.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They are doing a remodel and it certainly needs it. There are a lot of maintenance issues around the hotel. But if those are taken care of, it’s a nice facility with nice rooms and a great workout room.

Property under construction and pool was not working (hot tub was working) the hotel and Hotels. Com should have had this information in their add. Room was nice and clean , comfortable bed , ice machine on our floor not working, ok place should be better once construction is done . Probly a bit over priced for what it is now. Good front desk service

FYI- pool is closed for maintenance I wish the wiuld leave more coffee pods in the rooms. Especially when more than 2 adults. Breakfast is for ourchase. Room was comfortable but thermostat on the wall doesn't work, its a window unit. It took some trail and error to get room comfortAnd additional

Hotel is under renovations. Room furniture is worn but bed is very comfortable and shower Was excellent
