I am lying here with a old stained carpet(red) i hear people above me walking around; you can hear everything. Garbage truck picked up garbage loudly at 3:am. Can not pull shut curtains; there is no curtain just sheer for about 4 ft so a light shines thru them reflected off mirror and into room. Looked good from outside but that is about it. Very disappointed in accommodations; will look for another place to stay next time.

Super Clean, continental breakfast was well done. Super convenient location!

Nice room

Nice staff, great breakfast. Stayed four three days no cleaning service ever came to my room and the halls were filthy. The same crumbs and trash were there when we Checked in and three days later at Check out. Elevator sounded and felt like it was about to break at any moment. Cleaning stuff constantly in the halls but I’m not sure what they were cleaning the hotel was incredibly dirty.

The staff was great and very accommodating.

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel and again, no complaints! The taekwondo tournament is always around this time, so we will be back next year! I have already recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

The hotel is well kept and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The issue is with the people who stay at these hotels. We had to change our room twice because the first room was next to a family with a big barking dog. The second room was next to a family whose kids were running around in the hall way. People need to learn to have consideration for others. Again.. the staff was excellent.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Stayed here 3 nights and each morning breakfast was excellent. Best i have ever had a hotel in this price range. They had strawberries, blueberries, bananas apples and oranges, cereal, waffle, breakfast potato, eggs and sausages/bacon and the usual bagels . Room and bathroom were clean and standard to be expected of a Hampton Inn. I would highly recommend.

Great breakfast

We were given prompt service to replace a flickering light in the bathroom. We were displeased with not being able to regulate the temperature in the room adequately.

Our stay was excellent, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff excellent. Few things: clean the under rim of the toilet bowl, sheets were clean but not crisp, can’t watch TV in bed with the lamp in the way, the hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
