The carpet was wet, and it smelled like mildew. Staff was very nice.

This is a nice property with good dining options in walking distance and friendly, helpful, professional staff. It is a little tired. I had recently stayed a the other Best Western nearer the airport and it was fresher and only lacked a few of this one's internal amenities. It was not in a particularly safe location, however, while this one does seem to be safe and walkable.

Simple overnight stay that had everything we needed. Nice little breakfast. Friendly front desk employee.

The room was really smelly. Like LOTS of urine. I was tired and it got the job done.

The hotel staff was great. Our room on the other hand was not so great. We walked in and immediately the room smelled of mildew and you could feel the moisture in the air. Even with change of temperature settings the room still smelled awful. Thankfully we only used the room to sleep in but if I was on an extended stay/business trip it would’ve been a bigger issue. Half of the time we were there the bathroom light didn’t work but again- since we weren’t there the whole time it was an issue we could manage. It just wasn’t what I was expecting as I have stayed at Best Westerns before and have had nice experience and environment. We checked the A/C unit in the room and it was clear there was some type of mold growing in/on it which would make sense as the air was half water half oxygen. I wouldn’t stay at this particular location again but I would at others obviously because I’ve had better experiences and just writing this off as a one time thing.
