We spent our 15th wedding anniversary at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, and it was truly the most unforgettable trip we could have wished for. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. A very special thank you to Sarita at the Conservatory, who was always on top of everything. Her warmth, attention to detail, and kindness made our anniversary feel so special. We are truly grateful to her. At Fish Beach Taverna, Youssra made every dinner a delight with her wonderful service and beautiful smile. And a big thank you to Omar and the management team at the lobby for always keeping everything perfect and greeting us with such positive energy. Their presence set the tone for the whole stay. The room was great, staff were very friendly and the bubbalicious brunch amazing.

The property is well placed, clean and comfortable although a little dated.Pool arr in particular. All inclusive rules a little confusing and while the food is good and the staff is very nice,there is clearly lack of training and shortage of resources due to the long delays of getting served @ the restaurants. Overall still good but could be improved due to the star level and luxury facade.

Our stay was amazing BUT.... I have been robbed by the hotel. They charged me twice for our room. The Hotel said they blocked 17,000 AED on check in, I was asked to pay the same 17,000 AED on check out. When I got home I found the hotel had taken 17,000 AED not blocked it off my card. I have not received the money back and the hotel do not intend giving it back so far.

One of the best hotels in Dubai, the staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help. The food options and theme nights are top quality, and the pool/beach facilities are exceptional. If you are looking for a child friendly hotel, with luxury, this is up there with the best.

This was by far the worst Westin experience I’ve ever had. We booked 2 rooms and a suite for a group of 8, yet the service was appalling from the moment we arrived. The staff are unfriendly, rude, and argumentative – with absolutely no sense of professionalism. The person who checked us in was dismissive and arrogant. Despite our club lounge access, he didn’t even update our keys. Basic courtesies like a simple “good morning” or acknowledgment from staff were completely absent throughout our stay. I’ve stayed at many Westins worldwide, and this property falls embarrassingly short of the brand’s standards. The staff’s attitude reflects zero hospitality skills and a complete disregard for guests. Management seriously needs to address this toxic culture, because right now, this hotel is tarnishing the Westin name.
