Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff as always, were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great stay!

The rooms where clean, the beds where too firm for us we found it to be quite uncomfortable. Maintenance and updating needs to be done throughout the property as some things are really showing there age. The pool was quite gross, there was a dirt film all along the edge and the floor felt slimy, we left the pool area. The staff we spoke with were all kind, Breakfast was conteintal style which was good.

The room clean, the pull out couch could use a little bit of love. The mattress was something that could be replaced in the near future. We got a great deal on the room, but I would not have paid the regular price for it.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Only issue was because floors are hardwood, you could hear people walking on floors in the room above

Nice hotel. Breakfast included was ok Here’s the problem, the mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. It took me two hours to be able to stand straight up. Unfortunately this erased any enjoyment from staying here.

Good breakfast. No charge for crib. Toddler loved the (admittedly small) swimming pool.

We’ve been staying here since our son began university and have always had a great stay, until this last one. We found the hotel extremely noisy. We had a room with a shared door and could hear every word of our neighbours conversations. We could also hear every movement on the floor above. Had a very difficult time getting rest.

There was a tournament happening, lots of kids in the hotel. A fight broke out outside our door, took a long time for it to be cleared. Travelled a lot with my son in Rep Ball, so this to me was unacceptable. Will confirm this is not the case in future stays, otherwise will find somewhere else to stay. Not a great experience.

Good hotel. Last minute reservation. Check in was easy. Room was clean. The Smart TV couldn't connect to the Internet. The pool was nice to use, with lots of towels. Breakfast was good, with an espresso machine. Easy Parking. Would stay again
