Great hotel and location. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ideally situated next to the arena with easy access to public transport. The roof top terrace is lovely for drinks and soaking up the sun. Our room also had a private outside terrace which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Very fresh breakfast menu and well stocked

The room was clean but with the sofa seemed a bit smaller. My biggest complaint was the bathroom. Small with little space for my toiletries. Plus the makeup mirror was so high on the mirror my husband could hardly see in it The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good

Excellent accommodation, staff really friendly. Great breakfast. The free use of the bikes was great too.

Staff at this hotel are amazing

The hotel is really conveniently located just off the main square by the arena, the room was lovely and quiet and the reception staff were fantastic! They were welcoming and extremely helpful, and gave my wife and I some great local recommendations for gelato and where best to catch the bus to lake Garda. The rooftop bar was also a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that

Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend.

Our room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast had everything and all the staff were warm, welcoming and eager to help!

The room was lovely - clean and well appointed, the food was excellent- everything you want for breakfast, and the location is fabulous for exploring. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly, out going, helpful and genuinely lovely people. They could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

Great location and rooftop bar

We stopped at Verona House (self catering apartments) The staff were incredible. Every since one. So friendly and helpful. The apartment was a very good size and absolutely perfect for our stay. Highly recommend and in an excellent location.

I would highly recommend it! Great place, great location, and the staff were really kind. Enjoying the jacuzzi with a view of the Verona Arena was definitely a highlight. We didn’t stay in the main hotel, but we were still able to use the jacuzzi, and Silvia was incredibly helpful. She was very friendly and made our experience even better.

Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was also fantastic, many options and all very tasty.
