The room was lovely. Too hot the first night but staff dealt with it when asked. Breakfast was alright but could get the same at a much cheaper hotel.

Lovely spacious room. Good range of amenities. Tea, coffee in room and you just help yourself for refills. Good sized bathroom, and the shower was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel is close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet area. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room was bright and spacious everything we needed, breakfast had a good variety, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The little shop their had was good and mircowave meal what there had to offer and drinks ,chocolate bars ,the size of the room and equipment in the room was worth the money of stay i would recommend friends and family

Excellent but breakfast was poor. Room facilities and cleanliness excellent - location excellent easy walking distance from everything. Poor quality breakfast- overcrowded. Couldn't get seat- buffet lacking in quality and quantity , with many things out and not replenished. Food cold by the time you could be seated. Made what was otherwise a good stay, disappointing

Nice and clean with fabulous location, but I had a few small issues during my stay. Toilet flush wasn't strong. Any use of the toilet required multiple flushes to do the job. Drainage in the bath was slow and water started to fill after a few minutes in the shower. Breakfast was poor. Pale bacon and sausages. Cluttered tables with used dishes. No real system to the flow of breakfast, just guests wandering around trying to find things. Oh, and no bottled water in your room either. When you've traveled 4 hours to get there, a basic drink isn't too much to expect. Two rooms booked which wasn't cheap on a Saturday evening, but my view is that the staff are nice and friendly, but rooms and basics need some attention.

Convenient for M & S Arena and city centre

Room was spotless. Really good sleep due to comfortable bed and very quiet.

Good docklands location for my purposes, friendly staff, nice clean well appointed room, great little kitchenette. Not impressed with the breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area. The breakfast was excellent as was the social evening with complimentary drinks and nibbles. The suites are ideally situated for walking into Liverpool town centre and the Albert Docks area.

Room was spacious clean and in good decorative order. Bonus having seating for the TV. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly helpful staff. Situated in a fab walking location for restaurants tours and tourist sites plus shops. Varied breakfast menu. Only suggestion is to provide individual jam / marmalade pots as the large jars were messy and almost empty.

Love this hotel. From the moment you arrive to when you leave the staff are all welcoming, friendly and courteous. The rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable. the location is great so close to all Liverpool has to offer.
