The elevator was out of order. The airport shuttle was 52 minutes in coming after being told it would be 10 minutes, "he's on the way".

Nice stay

i gave this a bad review due to the fact i tried to cancel 5 mins after booking expedia and the hotel would not refund my card . the hotel refused to refund and expedia pretended to contact the hotel never booking with expedia again rude people to deal with

Good location with shuttle service. The property is located across from eating places such as Deny's, Wendy's and other restaurants are within close proximity.

Great experience will stay here again when we fly out of airport! Super clean & cozy

Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Food in the on site restaurant was very good. Everybody was friendly. I got up to our room and it was very spacious. Then I realized they upgraded our room. Nice unexpected surprise. I will definitely be staying here the next time I find myself in Miami.

Ok I would stay at aloft next time

Only one elevator was working. Was not happy that they charged for parking and this is not mentioned on website. If I had not inquire I could have received a citation since no one mentioned it at check in.

Horrible entrance no signage into property and horrific entrance with traffic and no way to cross traffic

The quiet

Walk in apperence nice, elevator floor for both was dirty as someone had waisted something and people had stepped in it and tracked. I thought the breakfast cas complimentary but no. Both breakfast and Dinner was each $17, but per advertisement breakfast was no charge is the reason I made reservation there.

The room was great and clean and all I really needed on this trip was a bed. The only bad thing about it was that the air conditioning made a lot of different noises. One steady sound would have been great, but it changed often so it was difficult to sleep.

We where disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer daily housekeeping. When we did the reservation that fact wasn’t mentioned and when we did the check in at the hotel either.

Check in was smooth as was our airport shuttle experience. The room was clean and bed was soft. Excellent experience.

We had a large, lovely suite on the 7th floor with king bed, sofa bed, a full bath and a half bath. Toilets in both bathrooms were slow to flush and would not flush the other toilet paper. Maintenance came immediately and plunged the toilet in the full bathroom. Despite putting toilet paper in the wastebasket, both toilets were unplugged when we checked out.

It was good for a one night stay, cruise shuttle was very convenient.
